The room felt outdated, like it hadn't seen a refresh in years. The peeling walls and a shower that fluctuated between freezing and scalding made it tough to relax. The whole vibe was just off, really disappointing.

Great great family run hotel, lovely views, favourable location close to everything I would come back. Efficient, flexible staff, warm breakfast. Good-sized and well-organised room with lovely beds, good offer. Sparkling clean bathroom with walk-in showers. Location not far from all the shops and other places on offer in the surrounding Area. Wonderful stay, as always.

Affordable and conveniently located, this place is perfect for a budget stay. The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is a nice perk. Just keep in mind, it can get a bit noisy, especially during busy weekends. A solid choice for those looking to save while enjoying the area.

Liked my stay here and recommend this hotel. Well, it was an amazing stay on a road trip. The breakfast food including coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and eggs was excellent. The staff were flexible and efficient and the location was incredible close to everything. What's more, it was next to restaurants and bars, the shops & cafes and many dining options.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed the unique charm of this former school ski lodge. The decor was inviting and featured good touches like a kookaburra picture. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options, including a hearty cooked meal. The owners have created a cozy atmosphere with a lovely guest lounge, beautiful gardens, and a barbecue area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had an excellent supply of hot water.
Can just recommend this hotel.

We had a cozy romantic escape at this spot, and the location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to super cute shops and awesome restaurants, which made our nights out so easy and fun. The hearty breakfast was actually a pleasant surprise, perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring.
The experience was quite a letdown overall. The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the “festive” crowd in the common areas. Our room was cramped and had this terrible stench that made it hard to relax. Plus, the shared bathroom situation felt a bit too basic for the price we paid. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway!
